There’s been a lot of exciting progress in the last couple weeks. I’m excited to announce I will be releasing a new single in the coming months, along with a live studio music video! This week my dear friend Jax recorded bass for the upcoming full length album, and my merch pilot test for T-shirts and hats came in the mail today. After a couple small color changes, and one more test print to make sure everything is perfect, we’ll be ready to go live! 
 

I’ve also been booking more out of town shows for the spring, summer, and fall.  So excited to meet new folks who love queer country music. Aaaaaand I’ll be doing my very first podcast interview  in less than two weeks with part time rockstar podcast.Thank you from from the bottom of my heart to everyone who’s been streaming the EP! This is looking like it’s going to be a super fun year!

My debut EP, 'Songs from the Closet,' is a small collection of songs about growing up as a queer person in the South. These songs reflect both my personal experiences and the shared experiences of the lgbtq+ community around me. I’m a blue collar queer that has lived and worked in environments where it’s often safer to hide my identity, and while I have the ability to, I know that some of us do not. These songs are bold, explicit, unapologetically queer, and distinctly country. They celebrate queer identity in defiance of a culture that rejects us.

Coming from a long line of Southerners, sharing these truths contradict everything I've been taught to believe. Regardless of who you are or where you come from, if you share the same feelings I do, then this music is for you.
